David Sutherland

David Sutherland ARB is a registered Architect with over 25 years experience in designing homes and residential developments for all.  He has designed some of the largest and most complex housing developments in Ireland and has specialised in designing for intellectual disability.  He has extensive experience working with Listed Buildings and solving complex planning issues in multiple jurisdictions.  He has also worked closely with several clients over many years, such as Fraser Homes, Alterity, Neptune Group and the Royal Ulster Agricultural Society, designing their Balmoral Park development and Eikon Exhibition Centre.
